My work is grounded in a question that has stayed with me through years of working with leaders: as leadership responsibilities expand, what needs to develop for leadership to come through differently? I work with leaders as they navigate changing responsibilities, complex relationships and growing demands of their roles. Through coaching, reflection and inquiry into real situations, I help them examine how they lead, what their situations call for, and what may need to evolve. ACCE Leadership Presence is my signature approach to this work. It brings together my thinking about leadership development, how leadership is experienced, and the capacity leaders need as their impact expands.
